My web browser is not compatible. What can I do?

When your web browser is identified as ‘non-compliant’, this means that you will not be able to use it to complete your online assessment.


In order to complete your online assessment, you can simply switch to a different web browser. For example, if you used Internet Explorer to connect to the online testing platform, please close your web browser and open a new web page using a different browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.). 


You should then log back in using the same access code on the online testing platform login page using this other web browser. 


If you do not have another web browser available, here are some links where you can easily download one:

  • Google Chrome 
  • Mozilla Firefox
